Effective, budget-friendly workout bench!
I ordered this workout bench in order enhance my workouts. I already own several free weights. I knew they would complement this bench wonderfully.Assembly was stress-free and completed in minutes. Then I got on it and tried it out. It was very sturdy, and adjusting the bench was unbelievably easy. The bench also had nice cushioning, ensuring comfort.Having assured myself of its sturdiness and safety, I brought out my free weights and did a workout... with great success!I used it almost every day when I first got it. It was so fun to use that I looked forward to each workout session, which is not my norm. The bench, combined with free weights, additional accessories for resistance and Fitify [my preferred workout app], I was able to achieve stellar results.

Ankle bar...ehhh
Mostly functional and very sturdy. We have had this over a year and the only issue that we have is the lower leg bar. When lifting weights up with ankles the padding is not comfortable and starts to roll off the bar, also feels like a rub burn on front on ankles. Something with a heavy duty vinyl would probably work better than the foam, its uncomfortable.

The design is not accommodating for all of the intended exercises.
Falls short on execution - but reasonable price for what it does. The leg extension attachment barely leaves room for feet (much less SHOES) to fit between the pads and the frame / floor. The images of exercises in the photos and especially in the details below that are extremely misleading. It shows 9 then 15 images of exercise. 7 of the photos MIGHT qualify for good uses of this bench. To be clear, if you wear a size 11 or higher men's shoe, it will be difficult to keep your feet clear of ground and frame when trying to properly perform leg extensions.

Low quality product
This weight bench is one of those items you get, realize the quality could be better, but decide to live with anyway because it's too bulky to return. That was fine, of course, until it outright broke and I ended up falling on my butt!First, let's talk about using the bench. It's functional for basic exercises like dumbbell bench presses. You can adjust the backrest angle for more support during exercises like dumbbell curls, and it'll work—just fine. However, the bench doesn't lay flat, parallel to the floor. Instead, it has a slight decline that can't be corrected by adjusting the backrest. You just have to accept that it's always going to be a little off, which is frustrating but manageable. Then there are the attachments: the leg press and preacher bench. The preacher attachment is practically useless—it's too narrow to use with a preacher curl/EZ curl bar. As for the leg press, it's actually painful. The shin pads offer little padding, making it uncomfortable. "No pain, no gain"? This is the wrong kind of pain. Now, for the incident that really sealed the deal: this morning, during my last set of leg presses, the bench collapsed under me. The leg press weights slid forward, and the bench slid back, sending me to the floor. Luckily, I got my legs out quickly enough. After this experience, I came back to Amazon, hoping to get some money back for this sad excuse for an exercise bench, only to find that no options are available. So, I'm writing this review to warn others. Save yourself the hassle and avoid this bench.
