Not exactly furnished excellent more over furnished okay
Works good and good battery backup . But lots of big scratches. Definitely not furnished excellent as it says can be categorised furnished good or okay .

Multiple Dents in the top.
The laptop top had multiple dents and marks. The advertised condition was shown as “excellent with no signs of cosmetic damage” The packaging was undamaged.It appeared to be uncharged and I was not able to turn it on. I applied for a return on the day of delivery.

the battery on the actual screen is really bad but when connected to the keyboard it’s decent

I ordered a referbished acceptable I work's the only problem I have I battery 1 I showing as not present so I cannot detach the screen and only get 3hr off charge in the future I would get the very good condition one

Very very fustrating. I ordered to use before I fly tomorrow and it’s been stuck on this screen for an hour. Clearly faulty. Check your products before selling them
