Really refreshing alternative to coffee
I was curious to try this after listening to the Huberman Lab podcasts. The one he drinks isn't available here. I have to say, I don't much like green tea, but this is the exception. And it's health benefits (as someone who is in their 50s and keen to maintain a good physique) are impressive! Love the slightly lemony taste. Will be nice to drink cold in summer too I reckon.

Real thing
Yep, real thing and a very pleasant drink it makes too. Don’t bother with a gourd or bomba , they seem a bit of an unnecessary rip - just use a cafetière/ French press or a good old tea pot and strainer. This makes a good alternative to the massive espresso strength coffee I have on occasion, or the Oolong, or the Schazandra and Lemongrass. Yes I like, and is a good addition to a beverage roster.

Lovely
The media could not be loaded. I used to buy the cheapest Yerba thinking it doesn’t really matter it’s still the same tea after all. But… having only bits of leaves and not dust and stalks leaves me with a pretty clear tea with a lovely flavour.I actually didn’t think Yerba can taste this good. Apparently more actives are in the leaves than in the stalks but either way, taste is much better this way.It works like a coffee, it’s energising but in a mood uplifting way.Happy I have chosen this one even though it costs that little bit more it’s really good quality.I just have to make sure I don’t drink a coffee near time I have Yerba though because it was affecting me negatively last time I accidentally had both drinks a couple of hours apart. I don’t really like coffee taste so back I am to drinking Yerba.I usually top it up with vanilla soy milk or coconut milk. But even in its own it’s very nice! Pleasant to drink.

Finally got to try this
Felt nauseated and not right when I drank this. Did taste like green tea but with a slight off after taste.
