Great toilet flapper.
Absolutely perfect replacement for my toilet's flapper. It got worn away on the edges and would not stop running and stopping and running again. I ordered this on the 30th and it got here the next day. I put it on this morning and it's working perfectly. Our toilets are American Standard and this Kohler part is a good fit.

Perfect Fit
It was a perfect fit and easy to install. At first it kept sticking and I had to rattle the toilet handle for it to drop down to hold the flow of water so the toilet would not continue to run. After a week of this, it finally worked and didn't stick. I then realized that the rubber needed to soak in water for awhile to become pliable for it to drop down and hold into place. Still working perfectly and happy.

It works!
We ordered this Kohler brand flapper after trying two other non branded flappers from a local hardware store. This flapper worked, the other two leaked somehow.

The perfect flush?
In search for the perfect flush, I’ve tried a few brands and this one works the best and lasts the longest. It was so easy to install, I didn’t even have to adjust the chain length! It’s very soft and pliable when new, sealing very well without leaks, but after many years it will get hard and shrink until it leaks. The original lasted over 10 years. The only negative is that it doesn’t last forever and has cancer causing chemicals.

Don't buy a generic, but this real one instead
We have really hard water, and we get a green-ish film on the flapper, so we have to change these out every couple years. I've found that they last way longer than a generic, and fit better too with no leaking. Great product
