Bought this to replace my seven year old P10 Lite. Bought a renewed model which is faultless. Very pleased with my purchase.

Avoid despite numerous attempts to contactMy phone is useless.! Keeps saying emui and to update system what i do every morning just had to go out spend 150 on a new phone to connect to the world (my dad's ill)And this company as well as amazon won't help

I simply cant find a fault with the phone at the moment and even after some very close scrutanty. Im very please and Im sure I made a good purchase.

Item arrived in good time. Worked for a couple of days when I noticed a line running down the screen. This was a software issue and not a crack on the screen. The phone was also laggy and didn't respond quickly to the screen being pressed.I factory reset the phone which did not work. So I began the returns process.Very difficult to get a refund from the seller and when I did they decided to deduct £15 as they told me I did not include the charger.I dispute this as I did return the charger in the box I returned the phone in. It took intervention from Amazon Customer Services to secure the full refund amount.If you purchase from this seller and have to return an item. Take photos of the contents as they will misplace them and accuse you of not sending them.All in all a poor experience and I would not purchase from these again.

I've always had Huawei phone so and my original lasted me over 2 years.. I bought this expecting a new phone not a reconditioned one with photo of some man in my gallery. It works and does the job.
