Fantastic picture quality
I have a camera pointing at the front and back garden from the windows inside. Picture quality is 5*, even at night it's crystal clear. I switched the infrared lights off so there's no glare coming off the window and I've put into colour mode, even without outdoor security lights you can see perfectly fine but, I do have a street light about 50mtrs away from my house. The cameras recognition blue LED light also turns off if you don't want it on. You can change the sensitivity settings and I've turned off pet recognition so I'm not getting notifications of their every move in the garden. There's tons of options in the cameras app. Really easy to setup and I'm not tech savvy. Need to play about with the app to get used to it and all the options. I've easily put the micro SD card in and can access recordings easily. The subscription isn't expensive either. The standard subscription gives you 30 days of recordings upto 5 cameras (E1 Pro), but you can delete files to create more room. I'm really impressed with the camera and the app. I would highly recommend these cameras.

Great cameras
They are really easy to set up and takes about 2 minutes, and the app is quite functional. I have for of them about my house now, and I even have my Synology NAS recording two of them.

Good value for the money
I bought these cameras so we can see and talk to our puppy while we are out of the house. They work really well the picture quality it excellent, the night vision is excellent to.I would recommended these cameras to any one, they are quick to install, just download the app on to your phone, plug I the camera then follow the prompt on your phone, simple as that.

Great picture quality
Very impressed with these cameras (I have 4 throughout the house). Picture quality is superb, the app is pretty straight forward to set up and use. Ability to pan, scan and zoom is awesome at this price point. There's really not much to complain about, however, and I'm surprised this has not been mentioned yet..... if you are putting one of these in your living room, where you watch TV and the brightness of the room changes constantly, the click from the infra red night vision lights turning on and off in response to the change in brightness is going to do your head in big style!! It is a loud click and you are not going to be able to ignore it. Mounting the camera behind the TV (ie not getting direct light from the TV) seems to have solved that issue, so plan where you're going to place them. You can of course turn on/off the infra red LEDs, but who's going to be happy doing that twice a day every day.Now that little problem was sorted I was 100% happy with my purchase. I can watch my kids annoy each other while I'm washing the dishes and know exactly who's to blame lolIn all seriousness these are fantastic cameras, I thought so much so that I bought 2 Reolink outdoor cameras. Not installed yet but I've powered them up and they're of the same great quality, and will be buying another 2 in the near future when funds permit.

This has helped me so much to check on my family member when I need to, and also allow me to see when they were struggling and needed assistance, so I could just ring someone to assist themGood quality I would recommend it to anyone who needs it

Won’t connect to a hotel wifi
These I brought to link into my hotel for security purposes and I set them up (was not straight forward as it should have been, very frustrating and I followed the instructions). The camera would not link to my phone when I was out using 4G cellular or wifi, and even when I came back to the hotel, the phone would not play back any of the day. I had a memory sd card inserted which it will not playback or record anything unless you have one. The connection of a hotel should have been enough but it isn’t. The hotel wifi is full bars and I can face-time etc so I should have read previous reviews about the very poor connectivity. They are a waste of my money unfortunately useless for the purpose I got them for.

There work on fast broadband
Excellent so far. With the change over to faster broadband our previous cameras stopped being picked up. These are excellent in the shop and quite clear

Cannot be used from a web browser.
Bought two of these but had a small issue with them. Reolink contacted me and helped me resolve it and all is good now. Thanks Reolink for the excellent service.
