I only gave it 1 stars because of delivery. The driver called me and I did not understand one word he said. I thought it was a crank call and hung up. Thankfully the trucking company called me . The driver had left and he got him to come back. We did not do the white glove delivery service for 250.00. ridiculous pricing. My husband and I loaded it onto a dolly and managed to get it into our condo on the second floor using the elevator. The box containing the chair comes on a pallet and we got stuck with the pallet.The chair is really fabulous and I would 5 star it. Love ,love it2 and half years later. The chair seat is collapsing. We had one like this that we purchased from a distributer in Mpls. The seat support collapsed and the distributor said that Fjorde would replace with new seat and they did. They had improved the seating. All of the chairs that had the old seating must have been sent to Amazon to sell. The old one that we have with the replacement seat still has great support. Do not buy what they have on Amazon. This chair cost $2,000.00. So disappointed .

My chair arrived on time, excellently delivered and is gorgeous!! I couldn’t be more pleased with the whole experience. The customer service was great; the seller kept in contact with me and was always available to address all of my questions and concerns. The chair itself is extremely well crafted, sits comfortably, operates smoothly and is beautiful beyond words. I highly recommended both the seller and the chair. The media could not be loaded. I have owned this recliner for less than 2 years and the mechanism has been replaced twice.

This chair is very comfortable for my husband and his bad back!

It was extremely easy to setup and carry to my room. I am very satisfied on the delivery time, and It's perfect for if you want to lounge, work, read, or watch videos.
