Excellent taste and texture.

My husband is diabetic and I am on a low carb diet. I made lasagna with these and it was amazing! I just used a regular family lasagna recipe. The only difference was i used these instead of pasta noodles and cut the recipe in half so used an 8X8 pan. So good!

I've been trying to get my hubby on board with a low carb way of eating. I've been successful for the most part but I am always trying to find replacements for a handful of the foods he likes and lasagna was one of them. I tried using chicken slices in place of noodles and that was good he said but I personally didnt like it. This prompted me to try these noodles as they were recommended by a keto you tuber. These smelled strong right out of the package so I knew I wasn't even going to try to eat them for myself. I made the keto lasagna per instructions for hubby. I could still smell the hearts of palm when fresh out of the oven. I served a portion to him and asked his opinion and he stated it was like eating fiber that tasted like celery that had been cooked like in a stew. He was Not a fan. I had high hopes for these but it looks like sliced deli chicken breast is the way to go for us.

Pasta is good, but would like for it to take the taste of the lasagna and not still taste the artichoke

Texture is okay, but the flavor has a sweetness that ruins savory dishes. Made lasagna using these instead of pasta, and all I could taste was the sweetness.

Taste better than what expected

Used this product as a substitute for lasagna noodles for a family gathering. SIGNIFCANTLY lower carbs than regular pasta. No one even recognized the difference until they were told. It is a bit stringy and is a little harder to cut with a fork than regular lasagna noodles. One drawback is that for a normal sized 9" x 13" lasagna pan you will need approximately 1½ packages to get two (2) layers of noodles. This makes it about $12/per pan. So a bit pricey, but definitely will save on the carbs.

I really like chick pea pasta and use that instead of regular pasta. But they don’t sell chick pea lasagna noodles here and I was hoping this product would be good.I didn’t like it at all. The texture is firm and a little chewy. I could maybe have lived with that but the taste did not appeal to me one bit. I made a small pan of lasagna and after tasting it, I fished out the noodles and threw them and the rest of the package away.That’s all I can say. I just don’t like the texture or the taste. Yuk.
