Makes my life easier
Works great and makes my life easier not having to make dumplings one at a time by hand. I got the plastic version.

Sturdy but a little small
Great quality and easy to use. Wish it was just a little larger, but the dimensions listed are accurate. We’ve had it over a year and it still looks brand new.

Perfect thing to make dumplings!
This made making Russian dumplings SOO much easier and faster! A made me use less dough so I was able to have better portion control with more filling.

Who knew something like this existed!
I was going to make Vareniki for 1st time and recipe mentioned using a pelemini/ravioli maker. I am so glad I ordered it. Saved so much time. Worked really well! I had no idea something like this existed. So glad recipe mentioned it.

Works like magic
I was very skeptical about using one of these but decided to give it a go——love it! Made pelmeni the other night and it worked like magic! Several tips for using it that are not included—-dust the pelmenitsa with flour before putting on the first layer of dough and after filling it with meat, spray/mist some water over the top before putting on the second layer, to help it stick together. It would have taken me 5 times as long to make as many pelmeni as I made with this by hand. New favorite kitchen gadget!

Poor Quality
First, the item was shipped only in shrink wrap—not a box or any sort of cushioned mailer—just shrink wrap. The quality of the product is poor: The metal is jagged, and does not seem like it would be food safe. It's even bent so that it wobbles on a flat surface.
