powerful stuff. quick acting. surprised this is still legal. Very stimulating for me. don't take less youve done research and you know what you doing.

I like the way I feel when I take it, but I stack it with Piracetam. I feel more “on” when I take it, and it seems to last more like 2 days, rather than a short window. There’s some cancerous implications, and I suggest taking it with taurine. I’d buy it and try for yourself if you’re relatively healthy. But be careful if you’re older, or have low taurine. Taurine and Uridine are used by the mitochondria to create DNA codons that allow the mitochondria to perform metabolic functions. Taurine performs a “mutation” using uridine, so that’s why I suggest taking it as well. As well are Taurine just being great for you in general.

Uridine Monophosphate is a must have nootropic! It has helped me sleep so much. I honestly don’t know what I’d do without it. It is very bioavailable totally worth the money.

Since uridine monophosphate is new to the world of supplements, i was not able to find a lot of information about it.After finishing about a half of the bottle, i cannot say i have noticed any change.On another note, i haven't noticed any undesirable side effects.Capsules are easy to swallow.As with any supplement, please read list of ingredients carefully and consult healthcare professional before taking it.It is hard to determine if this supplement is working after thanking for few months.
