So far so good! The longest part of the project is getting the six leg mounts installed to your studs and other then that it’s pretty easy and self explanatory to put together.I was able to do it by myself but had to deviate from the instructions on one step. Once I had the six legs installed and hanging from the roof, I put together just 2 pieces of the shelf at a time and was able to power squat the shelf above my head, hang the outer sides into their place which allowed them to remain secure enough for me to put the 2 bolts in at the center and then move to the outside. Then repeated step for the other side and then fastened everything together. I honestly feel like this was the best way because it would have been a SOB to try to hang the entire thing even if I had 2 more people help me.Pretty impressed and seems like good value for the money. Just take your time finding the studs so you don’t wind up flattened like a pancake down the road.

It’s quite strong when it’s all said and done. I am able to swing on it at 230 lbs and it feels solid. I actually installed it differently than the instructions outline. I decided to do them in a long-ways arrangement, and I still managed to get bolt patterns to work out. Would buy again. Just a heads up, it hangs down pretty far from the ceiling if you install it the traditional way per the instructions.

This garage roof shelf is a smart way to clear floor clutter. It’s strong, holds a lot, and keeps things off the ground. Installation wasn’t easy—definitely need two people and the right tools—but once up, it’s very sturdy.

I have purchased this after carefully reviewing other brands. This was the best product for it's price range. I installed it myself and it took about four hours. I am very happy with the product quality and installation instructions. I have installed it in the uncommon parallel to the beam method. The reason being that I wanted it flushed against the wall and the beams happen to be in the same direction. See picture below. Size 4x8 and can take a 609 pound load. I am using the lowest setting which is 40 inches.

We have three of these overhead garage storage racks and they work great! They are very sturdy & hold lots of weight. We got different sizes for the different areas we needed to place them. The first one going in was kind of a learning curve, but once we got the hang of it, they installed easily.

These are awesome for clearing out space in the garage. I made a pulley system so I could put it up myself. I am over 60, short and injured and still got it all done in a day.Amazing!
