Love the quality of this knife it’s very sharp.

The knife is made of great quality all the way around and feels good when being used. I'm not sure if there is a warranty on this but I have had some screws fall out and can no longer used the knife as it is now falling apart after 1 year and 3 months. It is definitely worth the money but would like to know if there is a warranty to avoid buying a new one every year after consistent use.

Functions as a typical knife. I purchased this because purple is my favorite color. What I received was pink. And I hate pink.

That is a gross misconception.Certainly, you could buy the most expensive products, name brand and trusted. But that does not always guarantee quality or value. Often what you pay high price for with name brands is the overhead included with the amount of advertising it often takes to get that notion into our heads, and in many cases, how long they have been doing so. I work in produce and people ask me why we associate peaches with Georgia and citrus with Florida and I tell them "two reasons, fruit from there is great but mostly 200+ years of genius marketing" and then I get them to try peaches from Colorado or Michigan and citrus from Texas.Well this is similar.Most people are on a budget and need something that is durable, dependable, reliable and most of all... works. People want something that is really good, they don't want to spend a lot, and they don't want what little money they have to seem wasted days to months or even years down the line.This knife is just that. This is certainly not a top of the line knife. This knife is however a great knife for the price and will do everything you need it to and more. I've never had to sharpen it although you certainly could. It's easy to open, easy to close. Fits comfortably in your hand. The bottle opener works quite well and the window breaker is absolutely functional in an emergency situation. What more do you need from a pocket knife?This is the second one I have purchased, not because of any breakage and/or wear and tear, only because my stupid self managed to lose the first one.Highly recommended for anyone who needs a utilitarian pocket knife!
