You may refer to underside of your current watch band that width value is marked. Or measure width of watch lug or width of current band at connection point and then select strap width closest to your measurement result.

How to Install 1) Remove your watch's original band/bracelet and reinstall the spring bars. A spring bar tool will be handy to accomplish this. 2) Turn the watch over, crown on the left, and grab your NATO strap. The longer end of the strap is on the bottom and the shorter end is on the top. 3) Thread the NATO strap through the top spring bar and pull through until you’ve threaded about three quarters of the strap through. 4) Thread the strap through the other spring bar and pull through. 5) Take the shorter end of the strap and thread the longer end through. 6) Adjust the watch to make it equidistant between the two buckles. 7) Fold the excess over and thread it through the extra buckles. To Determine Band Width You may check underside of current watch band where width value is marked. Or Use a ruler to measure the lug width or width of current band and select width closest to measurement.
