I love this item, so easy to use and set up, big numbers, loud alarm sound but not unpleasant. Now, I bought this for my parents, there is a hearing issue and a vision issue, so I'm waiting to see if they like it as well as I do. I did have to type up the directions in LARGE print for them, I think the company should do that automatically. I'm not real fond of the alarm system, I would prefer to have the ind Sun-Sat capability as with a regular alarm clock and not by Weekend, M-F, etc. but I understand for those who wish to be reminded hourly to take medication. I like!!!

I bought this clock for my husband for Valentine's Day. He wanted one that was clear. We are retired and often don't know what day it is. He likes that it has the day, the month AND the time. I set one of the alarms to remind him to take his noon pill and it works well. I set it for 11:55 AM so that the alarm wouldn't go off in the middle of the night. I found it hard to change the am pm setting. He loves the clock and I feel very happy with my choice of present.

While this is a fabulous clock, don't even THINK about using it in a bedroom. It lights up like a christmas tree, even using the "dimmer", and there's no way to turn the light down. It's BRIGHT, BRIGHT, BRIGHT!!! So we ended up putting it in the Kitchen. Works great there! Just wish we could have kept it in the bedroom. If only they made it more dimmable, it would be perfect!

I am so in love with this clock! It is very classy looking and the clock is very easy to read and use. I personally did not like the auto dimming so I turned that off - i like the clock to be brighter at night but it's not too bright for me. I do not use the alarms so I can't tell you about that feature. The clock has a menu that you can customize by scrolling thru it. I think the hardest thing for me was finding the hole in back of the clock to plug the cord into.

Great clock for someone with Alzheimer’s. It has great size display. I got the all black one without the brand imprinted on it.I included a photo in the dark and with light on, so you can see how clear everything is on it. (TV remote next to it is for size reference.)

I've had this clock for a year, and I like the design of it. Unfortunately, it runs fast, and I have to adjust the time once every two or three weeks to keep it from getting a minute or two ahead. I don't know: maybe this is just an issue with my particular one and others don't have this issue. If the company wants to send me a new one and it keeps the right time, I'll remove this review.

My husband has Alzheimer's and frequently wakes up disoriented. This clock makes it possible for him to see exactly the time, time of day, and date. I keep it lit 24 hours so it's brighter at night. Also, he's retired Navy so the 24 hour clock setting makes him happy. Recommend getting the all black so the text shows brighter. Highly recommend!

We got this clock to sit on the mantel until we could find someone to repair the ancient family mantel clock that quit. We laughed and called the sleek, new, digital info center our "Senior Citizen Reality Orientation Device." However, by the second day, both husband and I admitted that we LOVE the new clock, and are willing to release the ancient one with a vote of thanks for its long service.
