The price is right
It would be better if the color were black. Some of the Velcro parts cannot be covered so your clothes are at risk of getting caught. I have to pull all the straps down each time after I am sitting because they ride up. It needs more sowing work on the ends so that the fabric doesn't stick out when you are wearing it. See picture. Okay for wearing at home.

Love it!
This is SO great for post partum. I had my baby and my back was hurting sooo badly. My stomach and core just felt so weak and needed support now that baby was here. I ordered a Large. Should have probably gotten a size up. I'm 220lbs, 5'5''. It still works good but bigger would've been better. It is frayed already and unthreading in some places is the only reason I gave it a 4 star rating. It arrived within 3 days I believe. Good price for what you get. Seems to be helping my stomach to go back down from pregnancy. And helps my posture if worn while nursing.

Needs to use in conjunction with a specific abdominal exercise program
I am not post partum. I have diastasis recti due 2 my pregnancy 30 and 27 years ago. I never took care of it. Recently I have been having back issues directly related to the diastasis recti. I only use the abdominal and waist band. While using I perform isometric exercises and then I wear while holding in all ab muscles. After the first day it felt as though I had worked out for hours. I have noticed a very distinct difference in a week. While I know it wont cure my problem it will help until I can save for the surgery since its considered cosmetic surgery not covered by insurance.

Works Well
Product arrived in a good amount of time and I was showing happy that it comes in 3 parts. I can add as much resistance as I'd like and can adjust it so much more easily. I have worn this under dresses and jump suits after my surgery. I have recommended to friends and family.

Not plus sized friendly
I did the recommended size based on their sizing chart and it wouldn’t fit me so I figured I’d wait to lose some weight before trying again. Well I’ve lost 20lbs+ and it still doesn’t fit well. The material is very uncomfortable as well. Definitely not Plus Sized friendly.

Don’t feel it’s worth buying
This is just ok. It’s definitely some what small and does not have as much give as I think it should. I ordered off size chart which is my normal size and I didn’t even put it on until several weeks after baby which I had lost all the puffy weight and it’s still really really snug.

Fantastic support!!
I love this belt! I delivered twins 4 weeks ago and this belt has been amazing! I first ordered a medium and sadly withing a few days it was no longer fitting, so I ordered a small and that fits great. It keeps everything nice and snug and where it needs to be. I find it has made the skin in my stomach firmer and it has also reduced the puffiness my incision from my c-section. I love the way the pelvis belt slides up when you need to go to the bathroom. Just dont forget to slide it back down when you finish!. The only downside I'm finding is that the tighter I make it as I get smaller the more it sometimes digs into my sides and can get quite uncomfortable. Otherwise its fantastic and really reccomend it.Size wise I suggest if you are closer to the smaller number in the size chart to order a size down. Ex: my waist was 37 inches when I bought the medium size but I had to rebuy a small because I was already using the medium at the smallest i could get it.Good luck and congrats on your baby!!

Great Price & Product
I used this for my abdominal hysterectomy recovery. It helped with keeping my torso still and supported. Would recommend for anyone who is going for the same surgery. It is surprising how much better you feel when you are wearing it.
