Wow, what a helpful book!
This book has a wonderful, two page introduction that really brought me in. It's helpful facts and "how to"s really could be useful for a great outdoor season although you may want to wait until summer ;)You can learn how to make fire with out matches, tipis, bark houses, canoes, war bonnets, traps and much, much more! All the while giving stories and facts about the ancient times, and how the indians lived. If your more of a visual learner, they conveniently have a picture layout for each "how to" along with the written form. It's pretty exciting if you can get through just the first page! I'd recommend this to anyone in Boy Scouts, young men's, or anyone who just loves to know how in those emergency situations. It's long but very factual and very helpful! This book also has a section in which it loads you with many, many, more facts about Indians, so much so that you may not want to try and consume it all in one day.
