Keeper 04529 3-3/8" Surface Mount Hardware Anchor Ring

Bought this item to prepare the hurricane season, do the job. The question is when is the rust will appear?

Used this to hang my suspension trainer from the ceiling in the garage as I didn't want to spend $$$ on an "official mount". Mounted it to a 2x6" that was mounted to the ceiling joists - this thing works perfect! Definitely Heavy Duty.

Used this with 2 3/8" lag bolts into the overhead joists as an overhead anchor in my garage for a TRX type suspension trainer. Works great! I am 260lbs and I feel completely safe using this. Make sure to pre-drill the right size pilot holes (15/64") and you should have no issues. My garage also has sheetrock ceiling and there have been no issues. Very cheap option as opposed to the TRX anchors that run $30+.

Bought two to use for TRX Strap system - one is inside and the other outside. Once I found the right bolts and lag screws (does not come with them), very easy to install. Looking forward to years of use.
