Loosen the set screw on each head, then remove the white restricters before you install the system. The water will be greatly restricted if you don’t. Everything else is great and as advertised.

Installation is simple. Plan on removing the set screw, removing the head swivel joint and punching out the flow restrictor to get reasonable flow from two heads.Will not give the flow as from two heads plumbed separately, but sufficient and a good value.

Once the water re-stricter gaskets were removed, the flow was wonderful. Also, the water does not pound you. Rather, it feels more like a light rain shower. I am not sure how they do that, but it feels good.The metal finish was perfect. All necessary parts were included. No reason to give it anything other than a 5 star.

the other reviews were right- the water suppressant ring was retarding the flow to the extent that it was worthless. I was going to put my original shower head on instead but thought I had nothing to lose in pulling out the flow suppressor because even if i broke the whole thing it was unusable as is. When I removed it the flow was great and love it now. so it got a middle star because as shipped it was a 1, with the flow suppressor out it was a 4 or 5.

Only thing I had to do was drill the baffles wider in both heads in order to get good water pressure. Uses more water that way though. Found out that one of my hot water heaters wasn't working because the first time we used the shower it ran the one heater our of hot water pretty quick. However, without that modification I would have returned it because the water pressure was inadequate.
