Broken zipper
I loved this bag. Perfect size and weight for me after having neck surgery. Very disappointed it broke the handle frayed and the zipper broke off the track as well as the zipper tab. Upset!

Cheap looking
The quality and look of this bag is terrible. I have bought similar bags that look like the designer version. Cheap looking thin plastic handles and material. Will be returning this.

I really like the size and room this bag offers
I really like the size and room this bag offers. I bought the purple one and the color is perfect. I'm giving it only two stars because I just received it about three days ago and the corners on the bottom are already fraying and one corner has a hole. I'm very disappointed. I really wanted a longchamp, however I just didn't see the point of paying that much for a nylon bag. Maybe I should look into after all.
