Issues with music listing arrangements
If, like me, you want to listen to albums in full on journeys or otherwise, DO NOT GET THIS PLAYER. It allows you to listen to your music based on the artist, genre and album but for albums it refuses to order them in anything but alphabetical order. Even if you have the songs numbered from 01 to 10, there is no way to get them in the order you would find on disk. There is even a folder function where you can go into the folders of music you have put on the player, e.g a certain artist, but these folders ARE NOT IN ORDER AT ALL; for some reason it is in the order the music was downloaded to the player and not in alphabetical order (which is ironic as EVERY OTHER feature is and this is the one thing I wanted ordered in this way). Due to this, you will have albums that can be mostly in order apart from a few tracks that the device you downloaded them from said "No, these fourth and ninth tracks will be downloaded last." This is really annoying as the player works so well and sounds great but it is such a big part of being a mp3 player to me and basically renders it useless to me. If you just have odd tracks that you want to listen to, I recommend it but this is not for me.

Good little MP3 player.
Great little player that copes well with many different formats including MP3, OGG, WMA, FLAC etc. Can also display some video files and photos. Has 16gb of storage built in but works fine with an external Micro SD card (tested with a 32gb card). Only downside are the included headphones, which are pretty bad - however the sound quality from the device itself is excellent when pumped into good headphones or your AUX cable into your hifi!

Okay, but...
Battery life on the player is excellent, and sound quality is about what you'd expect from this price point. Decent earphones definitely make a difference, so consider upgrading. The big issue is that the menu system is incredibly un-intuitive. If you want to go back and forth through the tracks or settings, you have to press up and down. If you want to go up and down a list, you have to press left and right. If you have other devices, it's not easy to keep remembering that this player does it differently unless you use it constantly. It's a bizarre way of doing things, and becomes really tiresome, very quickly.

Good for price
Rubbish limited display, but otherwise works fine.

Won't play songs when even vaguely close to full
The controls are awkward - you can't search for a song, so if you want a particular one you have to go through and find it by just scrolling through every single song on the handset. My bigger problem was that I specifically bought a player with a large memory, and when I first put the songs onto it there was no issue. However, I had to clear it down to just one song for an art display, and since then, I cannot put the songs back onto it. On the computer it registers that there are up to 1000 songs copied onto the product, but anything more than about 160 and when you then go to play them the player states that there are no songs saved on it.

Waste of time
This is a total waste of time. I wanted a simple light weight ipod that I can take to the beach, or sit on my terrace and read at the same time. BUT There are NO instructions as to how to load music from anywhere, you are completely in the dark as to what to do. There is a radio, but again difficult to understand how to operate it.The little booklet that comes with it simply tells you what all the dials are for, but even then they don't react as they are supposed to. I know it was cheap so what can I expect - well I expected something that would be easy to use without any too complicated knobs, but without any explanation it is completely useless that's why I reluctantly returned it.

MP3 player
Can't complain, great MP3 player. Good with music and audio books. I have not used it long enough to comment on the battery but so far so good.
