At first open..... dissapointment
I have an 8 year old daughter who has been buggin for a cell phone, so this is the equal middle. When it arrived I was more then losing faith when I seen It didnt have the free SIM card which is boasted in the description which, for me was a big reason to go with this watch. So I will write to the seller and ask for what was advertised. If I dont get a response, I will return and go elsewhere. I will update with results
