I don’t usually write reviews but these have earned it I believe. My Bassani DNT mufflers have been in shop for a month for a warranty issue and I got sick of the old baffleless pipes I have on it in the mean time. Sounds awful and terribly loud in the wrong way. Saw these online after doing some research on CFR knockoffs and decided to try them out. Why not for $150.Install was quick. Took only 15 minutes. I mounted them up to my Bassani 2x2 head pipes and fired up the bike. To say I was shocked would be an understatement. These pipes sound awesome! This is what a Harley is supposed to sound like.I’ve heard bad things about paint coming off of these and that may happen. I really don’t care. I have extended bags and you can barely see the pipes anyway. If they do I will send for powder coating over the winter. They sound too good not to leave them on. My DNTs will be up for sale soon.
