Hair tangles. Frustrating.
Hair looks bouncy & color is pretty. Hair tangles immediately. Unable to style without cutting out tangles and you are constantly doing this.

It’s ok
I thought it was gonna be dark grey and blonde like the picture but it’s dark grey and light grey. It’s ok though. Hopefully it’ll look good on me 😭 It came with a crochet hook too which I didn’t know it would be coming with. Wish I knew before I bought one separately.

The hair doesn't look like the picture. The hair is very dry looking. Frizzes as soon as you take it out of the bag.
