Great product/great price
I bought these for physical therapy for a torn hamstring. They work just like the one’s my PT therapist uses, but MUCH cheaper! I’ve used them at least 8 times now and really feel BFR makes a difference in the speed of my healing process. Highly recommend these :)

They work and seem well-constructed.
These work and seem well-constructed. Hopefully they hold up to the stress and last a long time. The only downside is you have to search the internet/yout.ube for instructions. But that in itself is probably a worthwhile education into BFR training.

Review update
These bands leak. They do not hold pressure. All four of my bands lose pressure while exercising. I've used them for three different sessions now and they leaked every time. Two leaked down to zero pressure and two lost over half of their pressure. I can only use these now as bands, not as inflatable bands...note that they are now simple $200 bands. If you're going to spend $200 for inflatable BFR bands, these are not going to make you happy. The folks at Exerscribe responded to my first review by replacing the first set of bands. I deeply appreciate their response...they were fast and professional at every step. The replacement bands work fine. I enjoy using them and I have recommended them to friends.I have given them 4 stars instead of 5 for the following reason: The body side of the bands are made of a material (maybe nylon?) that is low friction. Consequently, the leg bands slip during workouts and I have to adjust them often. I've worked around that by running beads of hot glue along this surface and that works ok (if you do this be careful to not burn a hole in the band). I can not, however, walk with the leg bands because they still slip. I'm considering a "garter" type of device to hold them up while walking.Be cautious about how tight you apply these. The words "tourniquet" and "occlusion" are used in the description. You want to restrict blood flow, not occlude it.Again, I appreciate the response I got and am happy with these bands.

They do what they say if you follow the instructions.
So far, I am very pleased with this product. I was looking for bands that allowed me to regulate the pressure and the other options were either way more expensive or not specifically designed for working out. These bands are comfortable and do a great job providing the workout you expect if the directions are followed. The only reason I can't give 5 starts for durability is that I haven't been using them long enough.

Not worth the price tag
They do the job. But for that price tag, the bag should be better, and the pump quality should be vastly superior to what you actually get.

Great produce
Worked like a charm and were comfortable no pinching and didn't deflate during workout. Shipping took nearly a week though when was supposed to be 48hrs
