My body doesn't metabolize iron efficiently, plus every iron supplement I've tried either upsets my stomach or constipates me. This is the first and one & only iron supplement that I can take without issue, and I have reordered it several times since I first discovered it.A few weeks ago I put my bottle of iron in the medicine cabinet while my granddaughter was visiting. I forgot I'd put it away. I started having to have a nap in the afternoons and I couldn't figure out why. Then I rediscovered my hidden bottle of iron and realized what a difference it made when I didn't take it. Lesson learned, I will be diligent about taking it everyday from now on! I highly recommend this iron supplement, especially if you can't swallow pills or if iron usually upsets your stomach.

I am now 33 years old! I haven't taken iron tablets (of any kind) since I was about 17 due to some HORRIBLE ones I was prescribed by a "doctor" back in the early 2000's. They were a bit bigger than the Frunutta Iron Tablets (which are quite small AND they DISSOLVE quickly!). THOSE disgusting iron tablets also upset my stomach, EACH & EVERY TIME I took them, so I maybe tried taking them 2 or 3 times and then TRASHED them, literally.I've gotten my fair share of daily iron via certain foods over the years, but that's not always the case/enough. I'm SO GLAD I decided to get my hands on these! Took my 1st one today and it was a pleasant experience! I highly recommend these, especially if you're prone to being deficient in iron, plus you simply want to ensure your body doesn't become deficient for one reason or another!

I'm borderline anemic. I was getting panic attack symptoms feeling nauseous, dizzy, faint, heart pounding and more. I didn't feel too stressed or anxious and I didn't understand why I would feel this way, so a friend recommended iron supplements and also recommended these as a backup just in case I needed iron right away. Since taking the other iron supplement I've gotten better, but there are times when I still feel off. When that happens, I pop one of these and I feel better in 10 minutes. I will be keeping these close by.

I was super excited with the idea of these tablets. I just couldn’t handle the taste of them. They dissolve super quickly and with a juice chaser, not too bad. Even with the stevia, the bitter vitamin taste is unavoidable. But a great idea and practical for people who can’t swallow pills!

I have chronic anemia and often have to endure dreaded iron and packed red blood cell infusions. This product has been wonderful in keeping my levels up and preventing or at least extending the time between these infusions. It is a micro dissolvable tablet that is gone in a heartbeat after placing it under your tongue. It is a bit "iron" tasting but has a good masking flavor. It doesn't really matter that much because it is gone and absorbing so quickly. Actually I can't positively verify it absorbs but based on the evidence I am pretty certain it does. I have tried liquid and traditional tablets and this is the best product by far.

These dissolving iron pills have a bad taste. I have to brush my teeth immediately after taking one or the iron turns teeth brown. They do dissolve quickly though.

I'm really surprised how easy these are to take. I do not let them sit under my tongue, as it has a taste metallic....so I just swallow them (whish is ok too) and they do not hurt my stomach! That's a huge plus since I've had weight loss surgery. These are the best I've had so far!
