Do not buy this absolutely cheap material useless bag broke on the first day I got it. And they are not even allowing me a return for this rubbish item

Bad strap design
This is a beautiful backpack but it has one serious flaw. After only few days usage, the piece of material thats hold the bottom of the straps to the bag have started to split all along the stitching - shearing right across. It is now only attached by several threads so I can no longer use it safely.

Lovely colour and good quality but the metal work is a bit brassy. Lots of pockets. Daughter loves it.
