Not as thick or comfortable as the more expensive stuff but equally not uncomfortable. Folds easily (which most expensive roll up mats don't) so can control 1/3rd, 2/3rd or full length. Useful, easy to store and does the job.

I use this for circuit training at home - push-ups, burpees, squats, star jumps etc. This mat has made it easier on the wrists and ankles and protected the floor and rugs, I use it on a tiled floor and on rugs and it is secure with no slipping on either. I'm 6'1" (187cm) and 14 stone 10 (94Kg) and this is long enough for me and gives good cushioning without being too spongy. Easy to wipe clean if you get a bit sweaty. Folds away nicely under sofa when not in use. Very pleased and highly recommended.

.....a simple fold up mat for light aerobic or Pilates exercise. It takes the sting out of a hard floor but if you're looking for more comfort then don't bother buying this. It hasn't curled up or dented so far and still folds away as it should. All-in-all exactly what I was looking for. In fact I bought two....one for my suitcase whilst away on business and one for home.
