Excellent product and Co-operative Seller.
Excellent product with regards to the price offered. Bore/Hard water taste and quality changed significantly and now feels like mineral water. Product delivered is better than it looks on app. Seller is extremely co-operative and helped with installation.

Leaking filter, RO seems to be not working, water quality may cause health issues. All members of my family faced throat and stomach issue. Just used for 10-12 days. No response from service team. Even after complaint nobody came to fix the leaking filter. See pictures. Dear Amazon, will you publish my review or should I unstall Amazon app too?Earlier I thought it was good based on specs:Pros-nitely the best purifier bat this price range (RO,UV,UF, TDS everything that you need). I got it during festival offer for 5555 and then had to pay 500 for installation, and 150 for tap fittings.2. Water tastes really nice and soft- just for one day, after that it deteriorated. Almost as good as high end costly purifiers from havells and eureqaforbes.3. No maintenance required, (4 monthly chargeable service is provided by the installation company in Mumbai), autocut and power saving mechanism4. Installation support provided by the seller, installed in 2 days after receiving. Received the order within 3 days of ordering.5. Looks beautiful, easy to mount, almost zero noiseCons-Added: water is not that soft, purifier started leaking few days after installation.1. You need to guide the installation boy during installation. It takes an hour. Also I was charged total 650 for the installation including 150 for some tap fitting whereas it should have been paid by them, given that our house has standard tap kitchen pipeline.2. Should be installed near to sink in kitchen because of emergency overflow tubes and auto inlet pipe.3. Poor after sales support

Price decreased after i bought. Also POD is available now. Not fare. Otherwise 5star. Lets see how it works.

Not satisfied becasuse of no installation orovided by you
Product is delivered good but when i call for instalation they said no instalation for your locality... that is very sad then installed by local member and there are minor defects in connecting pipes and there is no ruber seal(wosher) in the filter unit. It is very bad....

Not recommended
I bought it one week back. No installation and service provided yet. Couldn’t get their customer care number also. I don’t know how I will get service if it get repaired. I did a mistake buying this. Pls go for a good branded purifiers. Definitely not this Purolite.

Recommendable Product
I have liked this purifier. Because-i) Good quality in low price.ii) Delivered before time.iii) Packing was good.iv) Nice looking.v) Customer care is helpful.vi) Water test is good.vii) It reduces TDS level & level is also adjustable.Viii) Service is not available in my area but I succeed to install it myself by the help of diagram provided by the co. through Whatsapp. Thanks to Purolite & Amazon for such a good product.

Nice quality and good product!!
The product quality is very good. Water taste changes to mineral water even with very high tds borewell water. Fully satisfied with this product in this price range compared with other brands. Installation charges are extra. Build quality is fine. Full stars, Value for money!!!!!

1. Must buy who is looking for a water purifier. No need to compare with other purifier's who have only brand names they all working same.2. Excellent product with regards to the price offered. Bore/Hard water taste and quality changed significantly and now feels like mineral water.3. The product is very good and value for money. Easy to operate. It has good water storage for small family.4. Definitely the best purifier bat this price range (RO,UV,UF, TDS everything that you need).5. I got it during festival offer for 5555 after searching long time as i was not sure which is best and i heard the name from many othersand they have told i have to spend minimum Rs.15000 to buy RO with these features. Suddenly i got this product in Amazon and this was in my range with require features then immediate i am ordered.6. Water tastes really nice and soft. Almost as good as high end costly purifiers.7. i was using PUREIT water filter and that was too costly for me due to borewell water and filter body was getting broken from last oneand it was too costly to buy new filter and again change the refill cartridges in every two months.but this is good and this might be less maintenance required as per product features.8. Looks beautiful, easy to mount, almost zero noise.9. I m happy to bought this item and happy with purolite service as well.10.
