You will need to remove one of two rubber grips for these to fit the/slide on and easily onto 1'' 1/16 diameter barbell.I looked everywhere for 1 1/16 size quick release clamps and could not find.so far work well nice and tight not as tight as the screw clamps, but worth it for quick and easy weight changes..

I ended up popping out one of the rubber pieces to make the extra room and they are still a little difficult to slide on and close but they work now. It'll do the job. According to another review he wasn't able to find any other clamps to fit 1 and 1/16th barbells. So this seems to be your best option when popping out the rubber piece.

Purchased for my 1” thread adjustable dumbbells. I will not put them above my head with these clamps on. Weights move as clamps gradually loosen, after only a couple of reps. They are an accident waiting to happen. I may continue to use for certain workouts, because they can be applied faster than threaded clamps. No benching or pressing of any kind though. Too sketchy.

Though made of plastic, these clamps are durable. I have been using a pair for over a year with no damage or wear. They are easy to put on and remove, using a hard rubber surface to grip the bar instead of being screwed on.

Buyer beware. These clips will break. I had them replaced and the 2nd pair broke 1 week after my return window closed. There is a pin that comes lose and will fall out if you don’t catch it

I like how this makes swapping weight on my weight bars a lot easier and quicker. I've used this with a lot of weight and it has held up with months of use and has not shown any signs of breaking. So if your looking for a good and cheap priced bar clamp I recommend this this with out hesitation.

Bought these as a gift and they were worth it. Used on a chest press (hopefully that’s what it’s called) with like over 250lbs of weights on it. Prefer these Over the spring metal ones.
