I bought this for my son who has taken up Cello. Then I found my own copy from when I started Cello in 1979. there are literally no differences! It is still the preferred book according to the cello teacher; just looks a bit dated. It if does the trick I'm happy and at this price I really can't complain; its only about double the 1979 price. not bad.

It is helping me learn the Cello along with my tutor and it is helping me learn all the different notes like F# and my tutor is about to teach me the C#
