I bought this back posture corrector after seeing photos of myself with poor posture. I really like the idea of this, and I could feel a difference right away.My only complaint is it wasn't very comfortable under my arms. I messed around with the straps and put the extra padding under my arms. It was more comfortable, but too bulky to put my arms at my sides comfortably.I will keep working with it to see if I can find a better position.***So, I edited this review after learning I did not have it on correctly! I've had trouble with rounded shoulders since having several surgeries for breast cancer. I also slouched a lot as a teenager, so upper crossed syndrome has always been an issue that I've worked hard to overcome. So many of us sit at desks all day typing or slouch when sitting unsupported for hours on end. This is a fantastic tool to help correct these issues, it's like getting a gentle stretch while you go about your daily routine. It's actually quite comfortable to wear. I do feel a good stretch in my pecs, as well as my upper back. I'm looking forward to seeing the results after several months of use.

I’ve been working at a desk for 15 years. 40-80 hours a week. I get semi regular chiropractic adjustments. My posture is terrible because I get tired and now it feels stuck that way. Enter this product. It’s designed to train your body to sit up straight. I’ve used it for a week now following the suggested use of starting with 15-20 minutes and increasing each day. A few things I’ve noticed:The first day my back and core did get tired while I was wearing it. So it was working!Each day it got easier to wear it longer.It’s very comfortable.By Day 5 I for sure noticed I was standing up and sitting straighter in my own though not all the time.My shoulders hurt less at the end of the day because I’m sitting up straighter while working.I will continue to wear it for several more weeks I think to help create that muscle memory.The neck pillow is great for travel bc it is easy to store. I love that the cover is soft.

I ordered this out of curiosity. I'm a stay at home mom who doesnt work out, I know I have terrible posture. Trying to start fitting walking into my daily routine and thought having correct posture would help. I have to say this product is not what I was expecting. I thought it would be more padded I guess, rather than simply velcro straps. But, it gets the job done. I definitely over tightened it on the first try and had to loosen up after a few minutes of being uncomfortable. Obviously it takes some getting used to. Sort of like if you only wear saggy sports bras and then try on a real nice extra support bra that fits correctly. At first you think it's uncomfortable, because it's not what you're used to. But over time your body adjusts and becomes accustomed to positioning this way even while not wearing it.

I got this to wear when I'm doing work on the computer or at night when playing around on my phone. The times I worry most about my posture. This brace is really nice. It took a bit to figure out which way was up ot down burr once I did, it was easy to adjust and comfortable to wear. I could feel a difference immediately from my shoulders to my low back. I was surprised by this but it felt good to correct the whole frame. I've been wearing gradually more each time and Il it seems to be making a difference.

Recently I’ve been having a lot of issues with back pain and have been seeing a chiropractor regularly. I know the pain has a lot to do with my posture and the fact that I carry around my toddler all day so I thought I’d give this product a try. I love that it’s not meant to be pulled tightly and it doesn’t bother me to have it on. It simply provides a subtle reminder to my back and shoulders to position themselves correctly. I was amazed that I felt a difference after just wearing this one time! It also comes with an inflatable neck pillow (super comfortable!) which can fit in my purse so I can take it with me on trips. I highly recommend this product and at $20 it is an absolute steal!

Easy to use and adjust. Definitely works to correct your posture immediately. My back felt supported and aligned while wearing this. More padding would be great but I don't know if this would affect its effectiveness. I'm a size 18 with medium to broad shoulder span, and this was just big enough for me to use alone. For a larger person, reaching the straps may be a problem.

I am 5'2" and it took me a while to get this thing together. I had to watch the video. I wish it was more intuitive. I had to put it on the smallest setting. I definitely feel it working. I first tried it with a sweatshirt on, but wow, I'm an idiot, that definitely doesn't work. I work it over a tshirt and I didn't feel any discomfort (other that noticing it working). I wore it for about 10 min. It is somewhat easy to forget you have it on, until after 5 min. then you notice. I'd say it's pretty good.
