Pros: Low price is good. It does track steps, and measures pulse and blood pressure. After waking from the first night, I selected syncing several times but had to wait about 10 hours before sleep data populated, but at least it finally did. Also, color display is unnecessary, but is nice. I did not test the other activity features.Cons: Yes, I copied their own words.Advertising says, "Waterproof Watch - With IP67 waterproof performance, you can wear it when you take a shower or swim." Not waterproof. Instruction booklet says, "1. don't wear the band when shower or swimming," and "4. don't exposure the band in higher moisture or extremely high or low temperature."Advertising says, "Smart Notification & Sedentary Alert- . . . One-hour default interval, sedentary alert to remind you to move for refreshment, Notified with vibration after sitting." Sedentary alert is not in the list of features in the app's data.Advertising says, "Longer standby time- one single charge gives you up to 15 days standby time. For Normal use, the tracker can be used for 7 days." It is almost 24 hours since full charge and battery appears to have approx 20% charge.It must be returned as it is not as advertised.

I am a PT with over 30 years of clinical experience and I was introduced to these bands by a former patient. I bought the package and have been using them myself. VERY IMPRESSIVE !!! I like their variety of resistances, the comfortable handles and ankle cuffs, and their ability to complete many different exercises, positions, and sport specific motions. The exercise guides also help with this such as both a high level athlete or a novice can gain benefit out of using these bands/exercises. I will suggest these bands and exercise guides to my patients who want to continue with a thorough home exercise program. Furthermore, these can be used anywhere and they are perfect for those people who travel and still want to ability to keep up with their exercise programs. Great product and I do not hesitate to recommend them to any level of fitness or as a rehab tool. Thanks !!!

I'm a big guy and have used many different resistance bands. So far these seem very hi quality, heavy duty, and durable. I also like the fact that you can double up on the bands to make the resistance heavier. My wife also likes the variety of a full body workout these bands offer along with the exercise guide. The product came as advertised and I am very pleased. I highly recommend!

The fastening to band piece is super heavy duty. The cords are durable, but seem to dry easily...I'm unsure maintenance types for these...but I'll look into some sort of moisture fluid...maybe a thin oil, or lube base...in any case, I use these almost daily if not surely every other day...recommended for more tension type users...the Velcro fastened leg cuffs are super thick, and the stitching is double and super thick.

This is a great product that you can do anywhere! I bought these so I could get a workout in when I'm at home with my newborn. It comes with a downloadable packet with different exercises you can do. There are so many exercises to keep you busy, feeling motivated, and challenged for quite a while. Everything is super easy to use and I would definitely recommend this!

Just got the band today but in the instructions it say not to get wet. So I’m wondering if I was sent the wrong product. Also the band I did receive does not update steps in real time. Been walking around and still showing I have only taken 32 steps.

These are the best quality bands I have ever purchased. I have tried other bands in the past, but they wore quickly or didn't offer the flexibility and multiple handles for more efficient and challenging workouts. They also come in a very easy to store bag that helps not to lose any of the components that come in the kit. I highly recommend this product especially for the price!

Have had this product for a day doesn’t monitor my sleep. Step Counter is more like an arm swing counter. Box says product isn’t waterproof however it’s advertised as waterproof. All of the reviews on amazon are for a different product(resistance bands) So BE CAREFUL WHEN ORDERING. Very surprising for a prime seller and I will be emailing Amazon to look into this products page. Don’t buy I was trying to save a little money and get a decent fitness tracker but ended up with just a cheap digital watch and subpar battery.
