UPDATE 2: The container is not airtight so you'll have air entering and making the powder tough. You'll also have ants casually going inside.UPDATE: After using it a few more times it is clear that it takes a while for the body to adjust to this specific pre-workout. The aftertaste no longer persists. But you will still not be getting much energy for your explosive and compound movements. It lacks any caffeine so that might be a plus for some.The flavor is disgusting and leaves a nasty synthetic aftertaste in your mouth long after your workout is over. The BCAAs are nice to help with recovery but you won't be getting much of an energy boost for your more explosive exercises. If you cannot get past the assault to your tongue and throat this pre-workout supplement is not recommended.

Worst experience ever!!! It seems the product is very old, expired . It is suppose to be in a powder form it’s hard . Outdated !!!!
