It is "IMAZING" that this product can not be used until you call or email the seller. We have been stranded at home for over a week with very cold weather and needed to replenish our food and water supply so we ordered this to get our van started. I am mechanical in nature, but when there are no places on the battery part to plug in the clamps even looking for a hidden door to the battery and even checking out the tire pump part that was also included and also had no part on it for plugging in I would say this is a terrible product. It was not cheap either. Then when I finally got my van started I had to make another trip in the very cold weather to send it back to Amazon. Also Amazon should quit giving it's blessing to this product because that was one reason that I ordered it. Amazon Prime endorsing a product should mean that it is a great product for the money.

I've used the jump starter on my girlfriend's dead battery a few times now - works perfectly every time. Super nice to not have to haul my car over and jump it that way. It comes with everything you need and the jumper cables are perfectly sufficient.The compressor is absolute trash. The battery doesn't recognize it properly, so you have to force-boost it to get it running (which isn't in the instructions). It's SUPER loud and only runs for like a minute before the battery shuts it off, at which point you have to sit and wait for the battery to turn off, then turn it back on, then force-boost it to get it to turn the compressor on again. A minute sounds like plenty of time though, right? No. It only pumps about a pound of air into the tire. Better off using a manual bike pump. On top of that, after 5 cycles of turning it on, it trips a breaker and doesn't turn back on until it cools down. I threw it away.

The charger/ jumper is great. Easily enough power to jump start pretty much any vehicle numerous times.... and doubles as a cell phone / device charger as well. Every car should have one of these in the trunk.However, the tiny little air compressor leaves much to be desired. It works, but barely and slowly, taking almost one minute per psi to air a car tire. It works in a pinch, but that's about it.

Nice combo set for a powerful jump starter and a compressor. This analog air compressor works well enough, great and fast pumping air in just a few minutes. It takes about a minute to raise tire pressure one pound. Good to have this in case of emergency.

Had this unit for a couple of months now. It looks great, and has a really neat carrying case.I've Only had to use it once in a real life conditions (dead battery on a 2.5l 6cyl vehicle that hasn't been driven in a week). Battery pack struggled to provide power to fire up the vehicle. It took me 3-4 tries to get it started. The charge went down from 90% to 47% from just starting one vehicle. I've had another jump starter with a lower capacity that could jump start multiple vehicles and still have almost full charge left in it. Air compressor works well but is a pain to turn on (have to hold boos button on battery pack for 3-5 seconds). Would return this item but it has been over a month since I purchased it...

After checking reviews on well known name brand car jump starters I decided to buy this one as a present and gave it to a relative around Christmas time. The relative charged it and kept it in his truck for nearly 2 months before he had to use it. He said his battery died and that the Imazing Portable Car Jump Starter worked great; started his truck right up !

So easy to use, and it got my tire to 37 lbs pressure in about 5 minutes, but the problem is i have to repress the boost button in order to restart the pump every 40 second. it is good to have this jump start pack in case of any emergency

It arrived on time and looks as promised, not had to use it yet but feel confident it will be as described
