Also I had read that if you Mix 1 tablespoon with 2 tablespoons of water it’s a substitute for eggs in baking, I made some biscotti today and realised too late that I had no eggs so I tried this substitute and it worked perfectly! Amazing!

I have bought this make for several years, which in itself speaks volumes about my satisfaction with the quality of the product. This size & price are ok. It’s easy to use as I sprinkle it onto my cereal & yoghurt/fruit. You only need 1-2 level tablespoons a day. It keeps my tummy in check.

A great product. I have bought it on several occasions. Use it on porridge, as an egg substitute in cooking , with yoghurt etc. As an egg substitute you just mix a tablespoon with an equal amount or more water then stir and leave for fifteen minutes till it is of the right consistency. Chia can be similarly used. Linwoods offer a range of these and all have tasted great.

Tasty. When opened keep in fridge. Have used it for a month. Certainly increased energy. Digestive system improved. Won't know about cholesterol until next blood tests.
