This book is absolutely astounding. I like this book mainly because he doesn't write from a new age perspective. A lot of the books today are tainted with New Age thought and belief. Frank Young has done a lot of research in his field of study and was truly ahead of his time. Many books delve into the sub-conscious mind and how it works. This book takes a different approach. He teaches you how to use you conscious mind to achieve anything you want in life. I think it's best to learn about the conscious mind before learning about the sub-conscious. He gives techniques that can be used over and over until you achieve success. His teaching are genuine and not a rewrite of other peoples work. I have read the majority of his other books. I can say that this book should be the foundation before getting into his more advanced work such as Cyclomancy, Zodic Force Control, Mental Domination.. etc.
