I set out to make a top for my China cabinet. I wanted it to look nice coming down the stairs, so I bought a piece of quarter inch plywood and this contact paper. It was the closet in color that I could find based on pictures, and I'd say it is a 95% color match. I have NEVER worked with vinyl before or contact paper on such a large surface, so I was not expecting it go well, but it was much easier to apply than anticipated. The material is thick enough that it did not rip and it doesn't show any texture. I didn't sand the plywood, I just went for it, and went on smooth. Overall, I'd give it 4.5 stars, because the paper had some pretty bad creases in it closer to the roll. Overall though, it was exactly what I needed.

Bought this to cover a dresser I had in my room. It was easy to peel but the product was thin and it was a little difficult making sure it didn’t stick together. I did waste a lot of it trying to put it apart. I was able to get it in the dresser top but some areas is uneven. The color was nice but could be a littler thicker.

Just what I was looking for. No other brand stuck as well as this one did. The finished cabinet I refurbished looks stunning and no one has realised part of it is this film and part of it its original wood.

This item is ok if you don't plan on removing it.
