Made well, sounds well and is beautiful to look at. I bought a music box for my wife about two years ago and had to send it back because it was not a quality item and the music sounded terrible. I saw this one and gave it another shot. I'm happy I did. It was more then expected, I think anyone would appreciate this music box if given to them.

This music box is just BEAUTIFUL! I love everything about it, especially the latch.

Che dire? Non ci speravo quasi più! Sì perché la spedizione è stata veramente lenta, complici poi il silenzio totale del corriere e le procedure anti covid necessarie prima e dopo la partenza. Ma il venditore si è rivelato persona puntuale nelle risposte alle mie domande e gentile nel sollecitare il corriere che al contrario, non mi aveva neppure fornito il numero di tracciamento. Veniamo al portagioie. In due parole è splendido, la laccatura perfetta rende lucido il legno sui toni del bordeaux con effetto marmorizzato e rende se possibile ancora più prezioso l'intarsio in madreperla. Da notare che le gru e le nuvole del decoro sono realizzate in tonalità avorio, mentre i tronchi degli alberi, le chiome e i cespugli si distinguono per i toni cangianti dal verde al lilla all'arancio. Il decoro stesso è realizzato con grande maestria, preciso, dettagliato e accurato. Il cofanetto è chiuso da una placca metallica decorata con motivi floreali e dotata di una sorta di lucchetto a forma di pesce che può essere aperto solo con la chiave in dotazione, a sua volta ornata da due lunghissime nappe, una rossa e una blu. L'interno del cofanetto è rivestito con cura con un tessuto simile al velluto di colore rosso, molto piacevole al tatto, e ha spazio sufficiente per un bracciale e vari anelli nel vassoio superiore e per molti altri preziosi nel vano sottostante. In basso si trova quella che sembra una scatolina, ma che è in realtà l'alloggiamento per il meccanismo del carillon che rende ancor più speciale questa piccola opera d'arte. Il motivo è "Arirang", come indicato nella descrizione sul sito, risulta certo sconosciuta alla maggior parte di noi, ma è un motivo delicato che si ascolta volentieri. Se desiderate un oggetto da collezione particolare, questo cofanetto è davvero l'ideale!

We bought this for someone else.However, we opened it up to see what the quality of the product was like and we were not disappointed.From the packaging to the workmanship everything was of a high standardThe box was packaged in it's own box with excellent protection and it was then packed inside another box with bubble wrap for further protection.We asked for a quicker deliver than what was quoted on Amazon and they obliged without any fuss and it arrived before Christmas in about 3weeks.The quality of the workmanship on the Jewellery box was a high standard and it was very beautiful. We knew immediately the person receiving this as their gift would be so happy with it.We did have a surprise because the box was also musical however, the person who received the box is a fan of the Asian culture and loved that touch.All in all a 10/10 experience and we will buy from them again.
