Hedge Slats for Chain Link (5 Ft.)

Extremely expensive and tedious install but results are gorgeous and renders a decent amount of privacy.

I’m not one to write reviews but this product is great. If I’m being honest, it’s not as quick to install as the video makes it sound but the product is excellent!

I would highly recommend these hedge slats to cover up an ugly chain link fence and to add privacy to your space. They look great installed, like a wall of evergreen hedge bushes, and they were easy to install once you got the hang of how they slide into the chain link. It took me about 4 hours to install 50 feet worth of fencing. The only reason I gave four stars instead of five is bc it is advertised to cover 10 feet of chain link, but it covers more like 9.5 feet, so when I got to the end of my fence row, I was short several slats to finish the job. I contacted the manufacturer about this and they did send me “replacement” slats to make up for the shortage, but they sent two foot pieces instead of the 5 foot height I purchased, so I pieced the slats together to make it work, but a proper replacement would have been the 5 foot pieces I purchased, especially at the cost of the fencing. It’s pricey, but a far better option as far as look that’s anything else I’ve seen.

When completed it looked great and gave the privacy we wanted! Was time consuming putting in each individual piece, but end game was worth it!

We purchase the hedge slats to cover the neighbor's messy yard and it worked wonders. The slats are so easy to install, the colors are so bright and lifelike. The hedge does not look fake, it blends in beautifully with the tree next to it. I will definitely purchase again and will most definitely recommend to family and friends.

Installation currently requires no tools. But it takes a little practice; The guide could use this tip for newer items. You don't want to place it between each link of the chain, but skip a couple and pass it through then repeating the same action until you reach the lower area of the fence.

Called and asked what if I need one or two additional pieces to complete my fence? Was told to buy another box. This stuff is not cheap.

The product is very inconsistent. Bought first box to see if it would live up to the 90 percent coverage and it did. I bought three more boxes and those three boxes were made with less material and had numerous inconsistencies overall in the product. These did not come close to the 90 percent coverage they boast on the product. Called customer service to provide feedback and they seemed not to really care or want to make things right. I would not recommend spending the money on this product. They don't back it up plus don't care about customer service to the consumer. I don't mind paying the money if the product lives up to the packaging specifications but these do not. Buy another product.
