Great price, great design, plastic construction
This is a great alternative to $200 corner shower rods we were considering. This is for a rental home and I couldn't imagine putting something that expensive in without proof that we need that kind of heavy artillery.Pros: Easy to cut metal with a chop saw, great design allows the curtain to be pushed all the way to the wall, sweet art deco/modern linesCons: plastic painted chrome, not enough hooks (Manufacturer, seriously. Your customer ordered a corner shower rod, so, chances are they are going to need more than the standard number of hooks on one shower curtain. In fact, they'll probably need double that as they may likely be using two shower curtains or the plastic pieces of junk may break), easy to install is in the eye of the beholder - my husband and I installed it together in about 1.5 hours. We're not that handy though.Tips: Order additional hooks if you are going to need more than one shower curtain to cover your space. Also, since they're just little plastic things, order additional hooks in case any break. Also, the corner support is more difficult to cut than the other rails. Securely hold the corner support when cutting or it could fly off or bend both of which happened to us. Beware your placement of the corner support. It's easier to install it to be on one of the straight sides instead of the absolute corner. It took us forever to slide that thing along the track to the right placement.Verdict: Good solution for the money and effort. Materials aren't top of the line, but what do you expect for this price?

Great Deal! Easy to install, sturdy, and looks nice.
This was perfect for my vintage bathtub. It is exposed on the end and on one side, so I needed a corner curtain rail and an extra wide curtain. If you hang it level and tighten the rail connectors, the curtain hooks glide smoothly.Great deal for price. It's lightweight, and easy to install (I recommend having two people for balance and support). The middle support bar can go where you want it to go, so it's flexible in where to install. I had to cut down the ceiling support a few inches because I wanted the rail to be closer to the ceiling - it was easy with a hacksaw.Remember, measure twice, install once. You do NOT need to buy curtain hooks - the hooks that come with it hold the curtain in place. I started out using cute hooks, but they kept slipping off the rail hooks - too many hooks. I took them off and used the ones that come with the rail and have no issues.I would definitely buy this again.

Marginal at best
The item arrived on-time and well packaged. At first glance, it looked nice; however, there are a few things that I didn't like right away:1. Plastic wall hooks - they just don't look sturdy enough. In fact, they look very fragile and made of cheap plastic2. I saw right away that ceiling anchor would not workInstallation was OK, lots of measuring to ensure that everything matched. Wall anchors were installed to the tiles, so should be good enough; however, as I mentioned above, I had to make sure not to overtighten the plastic pieces, as they might easily crack. As expected, the ceiling anchor is not intended to hold anything, so I've used TOGGLER standard drywall anchor - it would do much better and appears to hold the rod really well.Manufacturer's claim "Dual channel continuous track aluminum profile; curtain will move freely along curtain rod without interference of the ceiling supports." is bogus - the curtains do not move freely along curtain rod, we're resorted to using it in a fixed position, as its sliding is non-existent.Overall, the rod is of a marginal quality, does the job of preventing water splatters, but the fact that I cannot move it easily makes it less useful. I'm actually considering buying regular rings to use with the rod - they would do much better than the provided hooks.

Does the job at a good price
We moved into a place that had just a tub in one bathroom so we converted it to have a shower too. This curtain rod definitely did the trick and was a great price point for us, since we were unsure of ourselves DIYing this. It's easy enough to install, but difficult to get the center support to the right length. It has to be really exact, otherwise the track doesn't line up perfectly and the hooks can't slide. This hasn't been an issue for us, since we have to use multiple curtains anyways so we just set them up to where it doesn't need to move around the corner. If you need an easy cheap solution, I highly recommend this. If we weren't renting, or if we find ourselves here after a few years, we will probably upgrade.

nearly perfect lightweight solution
They really need to make the hanging rod longer. You have to invent your own way to hang it to a vaulted ceiling and invent an extension...kind of takes away from an otherwise great product and install.************update**********I got an email from Anders at Shower Authority asking how everything went. I told him fine but the hanging rod is too short and I needed to fabricate a solution that took time and money and doesn't look as good as it could. His response was to tell me that 95% of their customers have a 8' ceiling, but if I wanted longer I should have ordered longer. well, he didn't include a link to the longer rod, nor offer to ship/sell me one, and hasn't responded when ZI pointed out that NO_WHERE on their site does it offer or suggest a longer drop rod, before or after placing the order.

Shower curtains don’t glide unless you apply a Teflon spray to the track.
It takes a lot of effort to get the plastic gliders to slide along in the track. I even smoothed the joints during install, but it just snags when you pull it unless you move the plastic piece from the top. I was about to replace it but tried a lubricant first. It actually solved the problem. The gliders now glide as one would hope.

The gliders to carry the curtain in the rod don't glide well.
We had to add an ibeam style curtain rod into the channel and add the wheels for the curtain to move. I bought this to make a change room for my alterations business. Had to build a frame for it to add more suspension to the ceiling. Might have worked lower to where a hand could be sliding the flat bottomed plastic glides along. Loved the idea of not having to have two curtain pieces. This was just a bit light for the job and we didn't think of hospital ceiling tracks on the suspension frame until after building it was necessary.

as the plastic crap that came with it is JUNK and will not ...
I sent a email to the supplier to ask if they have any other hooks , rollers in metal ? as the plastic crap that came with it is JUNK and will not last any time . no reply ??? as this was shipped from new york it had to go through customs and the value on the customs receipt was less then $ 12.00 and as I see it I think that is over priced as it originally came from china .the rod , installation system is good and easy to use but the plastic hooks and plastic slides are garbageDO NOT BUY THIS JUNK !!!!!!!dave

Not a good product
Very cheap product for the cost of it. Not how it looks in the pictures, and the curtain hooks are good for nothing. I would not recommend it.
