I have been wanting to get some resistance bands for a while now, but hadn’t found ones I wanted to try. I liked that this set came with multiple bands that you can attach at the same time to increase or decrease weight. After using them for a couple days I can tell they are stronger than some other bands that I have used (I broke all my last set). So far they are holding up well! I like the door attachment that it comes with as well. Overall a great, compact set of bands.
