I've owned a few expandable hoses over the years. This one is definitely made of higher quality material than any other one I've owned. It stores very easily. I love that it has a valve built into the hose head to control when water is released! This is a great design.The only complaint I have is minimal. I have to drag the hose about 20ft on concrete to water 4 different water basins --- I've noticed that the outside casing or threading is fraying a little. This concerns me for the longevity of the item. I will update should this cause an issue.All of that being said, I believe it's a great product, great design and efficient for the price. I recommend.

Worked just OK before it developed an internal leak/rupture in the hose. First off, you will never get a true 150ft - it might expand that far, but it shrinks back considerably once you start using the water. Same deal with the water pressure. Makes sense - water pressure is needed to expand the hose, so once you start using the water and hence releasing the built up pressure it shrinks and the output water pressure drops.I used my hose “lightly” for 2 summers and stored it inside over the winter. No reason it should have a catastrophic failure after less than 2 years.

This is goat sh*t this hose does not work. I don't know where these reviews are coming from but you better have some good water pressure for this hose to work, the tubing on the inside of the expanding fabric is thin. It might work for pressurized water or some type of water pressure sprayer, but no do not buy for your garden. The info is misleading i mean for 54$ this is shi*. Do your self a favor to go the home depot and buy your self a real hose. If return this if I had the time, this hose was more than a disappointment it was a regret that I will never forget.

Like a few other reviewers stated, I only got ONE season out of this hose. Bought it in July 2019 and it worked great. Started using it this Spring (2020) and it shoots out water where the brass shut off vavle and the hose connector meet and it’s not because it’s missing the rubber o-ring. I’m really annoyed that I only got less than 3 months use out of this hose.

I have had the 150’ hose for 1 year now. It really is a great hose but I accidentally left the water on with the hose pressurized all night. The hose sprung a leak. The good news is that I contacted Morvat through Amazon and they immediately offered to send me a replacement hose. So the customer service is stellar. I’ll buy another hose when the replacement wears out.

I received the 1st hose with a small pin hole about a foot from the male end. I set up an exchange, which was super easy, and got a replacement hose within a few days. I used that hose once and it blew a large hole in the middle. Also this hose has lots of stretch, which is good and bad. Good because it packs away easily, bad because as soon as you open the valve it wants to fold back up and wont stay where the end needs to be. I returned both hoses and bought a different one.

This is the second Morvat hose I bought. When the first one sprung a leak I figured it was something I did. The second one sprung a leak just sitting in it's container. Turned the water on and swoooosh. Certainly this shouldn't be the life expectancy of a garden hose. It gets moderate to light use. Come on guys...help me out here.(Let's see if Morvat does anything.)

I hate rolling up stiff, old fashioned hoses! This hose is soft and cooperative when it's time to roll it up, even at 150'. The hose material is sturdier than I expected and feels like it will last. The brass connections work fine. All together, it suits and exceeds my needs.
