Stamina Aerobic Step with Portable and Lightweight Construction for Fitness, Sports, and Outdoor and Indoor Recreation

I had purchased a different step for my Beachbody Transform 20 workouts before I bought this one. This one is a thousand times better!! It has fantastic grip to the ground (both carpet and hard floor), and has fantastic grip on top. There is no worry about slipping and sliding. It's the perfect length and width, and the risers are conveniently tucked away underneath the step. While this one isn't necessarily "pretty", it's a GREAT sturdy step! I'm very satisfied!

I am disabled with two bad knees, two bad hips and a completely arthritic spine. My shower is built up on a platform and has become nearly impossible for me to step into and out of without risking a fall. This step is the perfect solution. The fact that it has a 4” and a 6” height is a plus. It is rugged and sturdy and the surface resists slipping even with wet bare feet. It makes me wish I could do step aerobics again just so I could use it as intended!

I like it but the feet don't stay secure in the bottom. When not using they are stored underneath but they tend to fall out when moving. Not a big deal but it would have been nicer if they snapped into place so they are secure.The surface size is good-just right for me. It's not too big to store, nor too small to use and step up on. (Years ago I had the original Jane Fonda workout step and it took up much more room with 3 separate levels and wider surface.) You have to check the length and width before buying. Some of the cheaper ones are barely large enough to get your foot on. The workout video that comes with this step is intense, but it's the same workout for beginning, intermediate or advanced. I did not care for the DVD, and Mia Finnegan made the workout extra hard which made it NO FUN at all. I felt she was trying to kill me, and going way too fast. I couldn't keep my balance going so fast.. I have ordered a separate aerobic step DVD by Gilad.

This is well made. I plan to use it for our RV, we had the axles flipped and we need an extra step from time to time. I used velcro to secure the four 2" tall height increasers. I plan to put a rope handle on one of the ends. Love how I can use them for different grades, not all sites are level. Bonus, if I get bored I can workout! We had to glue the rubber friction fit pads to the bottom of the board corners, they can come off. We are adding a stair grip tread to the top for no slip safety. Most RV steps cost $75+, and start at 6"+, this is perfect at 4" and 6"

Stamina Aerobic Step is being used on a regular basis by a female who is under 5 feet tall and less than 100 lbs . In her words, "it's a Ten". Easy to move around, easy to use and easy to store. Sturdy, yet fairly light. The four removable risers stay put when unit is transported. Just the right size for home use. Price was very reasonable.

We use this as an actual step - imagine that! - so my wife can get into our vehicles. It will never see do duty as a piece of exercise equipment but that's by our choice. It truly is a nicely adjustable aerobic step.It is well made of good materials and looks and feels just like those used in rehab facilities.I would not hesitate to buy another if the need arose.Needless to say, it arrived at our door in very short order just as promised.

I am using a pair of these in a non-conventional manner to provide a bit of height to a decline weight bench while I do decline bench presses. The steps are sturdy and well made. They can certainly handle the weight I'm applying to the pair. The only problem I have is with the feet. The steps are "adjustable" for four and six inch heights. To get six inches, you attach the four removable feet to the bottom of the step. The feet sometimes fall out as I move these from place to place. I'm learning to move these in a gentle manner so the feet stay attached. That's the only issue I have.

There isn't much that one can say about an item a simple as this. It is the right size and strong enough in construction to use for its intended purpose. I don't use it for exercise since that is a banned topic in my house. :-) I use it as a stepping platform for my elderly mother-in-law to help her get into the transport van (she's disabled).The only complaint I have is the "feet" are a bit to loose in their seating and can drop out when the step is being set down. A bit of masking tape solved that.

This step is awesome! I actually bought it to elevate me at work and, I'm not very delicate. I must spend at least 35 hours a week climbing up and down on this step and it's like new. It's also very sturdy, therefore, I feel secure working with sharp objects and my step lies on a ceramic floor! I would recommend this article.

Excelente producto de alta calidad con muy buenos materiales vale la pena la inversión ya q e visto otros más caros pero genericos, el precio fue lo mejor ya q lo adquiri cuando estuvo en promoción a mitad de precio.

The step itself is fine, but the feet that you put in to give you an extra few inches, don't stay in when you lift the unit up to move it. They continually fall out. There should have been a way to push them in so they would stay put.I did like the width of the unit, and it seems sturdy too.

We found this step riser to be very sturdy and slip resistant for the feet and on the floor.The size is perfect
