2. Update to below: Amazon is charging me for one of the flashlights because I didn't send both of these back to them in separate shipments. I received these both under one order number with the same shipping numbers so this is totally bogus. Amazon service is really beginning to suck so I might do the most of my purchases somewheres else.1. I ordered one last year and it's working great. Ordered two more for my car and for the wife. I like that it uses only one AAA battery, seems to last quite long. The pen is a Parker pen type refill so it's easy to replace when the ink runs dry or you want different color. Would be nice if it had a lens for the LED so I can use a different color light when I need it.

Plus it's a pen and a flashlight, that's also helpful to just have on you when going outside. The self-defense aspect of this device, though, highly highly recommended. You really never know until you're in a situation.

Pen is great and flashlight is awesome. Super strong. The fast that it takes a AAA battery will make life easier.Now this product is way bigger than a regular pen. If you’re, like I was, thinking you can simply put this in your shirt pocket as you do to any other pen... think again.

Arrived with the box opened and foam material falling apart. Only had main box plus the metal pen itself. Other pieces were missing. I used my own battery and hope to find the ink refills later on; but light works and I can use it even if the light didn't work for defense. Chose not to send it back so I can go ahead and use it to carry on my body when walking through parking lots, which I do multiple times a day in a populated area at all hours.

I bought this to carry with me when I go on trips alone. It came quickly and was here before the trip that I was wanting it for. Packaging was great, product is amazing. Love the color. Exactly as described. Just what wanted.

The refill pen missing got this for my son but now don't think so..it was in a box it open flying all over dis apointed in it all I have to find him another gift your stuff needs boxers need to becareful.ferguson

Very nice pen. Long, nearly seven inches, but not so long as to be unwieldy. Very light weight. The light is surprisingly bright for such a small light. I am a county jailor and needed a new tactical pen for work. Several co-workers were impressed. I like that it uses a AAA battery not those dinky little hearing aid batteries. It uses Fisher space pen ink refills or anything that same size.
