I was hoping to experience some appetite suppression but didn't feel anything in that regard. I may have been burning more calories throughout the day but I didn't feel anything at all. Perhaps it's just me because I think I should be able to feel something otherwise it's not working but I will likely not repurchase. I was using a different supplement before that seemed more effective, but again, it may just be because it gave me incredible energy and appetite suppression.

Great product! Gave me added energy throughout the day without having the crash and burn feeling you get when taking other products that just have a bunch of caffeine in them. For a long time I was taking multiple fat burners that left me sleepless and restless over a period of time. This one does completely the opposite. It aids my fat loss with my diet but it also lets me rest and sleep sound. It is the only fat burner I can ingest completely fasted in the mornings without feeling like my gut is going to expand and bloat. It does have caffeine but it’s perfect specially for those who drink coffee or those who don’t!
