It looks great in my stairwell. The only reason that I didn't give it five stars is that is comes with silver screws instead of black. It would look better with black screws.

Was looking for a light for the stairway to our newly remodeled basement and stumbled across this quirky little thing. In red! It tickled me so.. and even though my husband just smiled and shook his head at me I ordered it right away. It was mounted a couple of weeks ago and I love it as much as I thought I would. A definite conversation piece, as anyone who opens the door to the stairway is immediately greeted by the sight of a lightbulb on a swing hanging on the wall directly across from the top step. I was afraid since it wasn't aimed downward like some other light fixtures, it may blind us or cause too many shadows but no! It's a very pleasant light (may depend on the type of bulb you screw into it's neck) and illuminates the steps wonderfully! Construction is sturdy, nice solid feel of metal.Love it!

This lamp was purchased for our newly made mud area to encourage the grand children to put their shoes on their own shelf. Not only is it the cutest lamp, but the bulbs we chose give the whole area an inviting look/warmth. We get positive comments all the time. We just truly enjoy what this lamp adds to our home improvement efforts.Nan Perrine

Easy to install and most important, my Granddaughter loves it in here plan room.

These are simply awesome. I would give it 5-star but the product we received had rust coming through the paint in a hidden spot. Have had it up for years with lots of compliments and no issues.

There is no UL listed label on the light fixture and the conductors are not code compliant.

Really cool. I put in the bulbs that change color and come with the remote. If I didn’t do that you definitely need to put this on a dimmer switch. Well made and feels strong. Very happy with this purchase.

This quirky looking light adds a whimsical touch to my reading corner. It looks exactly like the picture, is easy to install (if you know how to do a bit of simple wiring), and seems to be of good quality. Bonus: although it shipped from China, it arrived several weeks sooner than Amazon said it would. If I had more places to put these, I'd definitely buy more of them.
