Not useful - high noise levels and imprecise.
These are a disappointment. Firstly they're very insensitive so not much use for small current measurements in the tens to hundreds of mA range - that's not the manufacturer's fault it's a function of the chip they use. Secondly, they're amazingly noisy and so very imprecise. The output fluctuates to and fro by several units even when the input is shorted and there's no current flowing. I'd hoped to use one of these units to sample servo current consumption but the signal is so noisy as to be almost useless. The product description also says "Built in a potentiometer for sensitivity control" but there doesn't appear to be one.
