We’ve had our chairs a week now and find them really comfortable, plenty of room in the seating area and I’m no super model! The seat can feel a bit firm after a while as previously commented but we are having some tailor made seat pads made to raise the seat up. A good purchase

Love the chair. Usb socket is a good idea but it is not very high amps but useful if you have time to wait. Chair is sturdy and comfortable.

Only had the chair 3.5 weeks and one of the motors has failed. The warranty is run by Homeserve, who cannot come out and repair it for 2 weeks. Shameful service for warranty and you wonder about build quality with the failed motor. Things go wrong in life, accept that, but I would have expected a lot more urgency to put the thing right.
