This medical bag is excellent quality, plenty of room in main compartment but also in front rear and side pockets for all your needs. We are both very pleased with this product and would highly recommend it

I bought this as my lunch bag. I usually bring a 1L EMSA box which fits without problem in the lower compartment and holds its temperature from morning to lunch. There is also space left over for a power bank and headphones. I use the top compartment for other, lighter stuff. I've used this bag more or less daily for over half a year without major problems or signs of wear.The criticisms (why this bag only got 4 stars): This bag feels slightly bulky but that's what you get if you want the space. The strap could be a bit longer, but I'm 6'2 so it might be a problem just for taller people. If you have something heavy in the top compartment, the bag has a tendency to flip upside down when worn. The bag then also tends to crumple when not worn because the lower compartment has no structural integrity of its own. Simple solution is to not do that and you'll be fine, but it's still a point against. Another criticism is the velcro for the front and back pocket (which I use for car keys). It tends to roll up on itself and it's fiddly to get it to fasten the way it's supposed to. Not a dealbreaker either.All in all, I'm pretty happy with my bag, well worth the price
