Fallout 3: The Official Strategy Guide

This is probably one of the most useful strategy guides I have ever bought. This guide is very detailed and comprehensive and can help you finish quests faster, and complete the game the most efficient way possible.

Very good. Some people like to play Fallout for the story, exploration and surprise. Some are completionists who want to do 'everything'. If you are the latter, this is the book for you.

Very detailed content, however it misses an ideal 'walkthrough' guidance to choose the right main and side missions depending on character level.Also missing big pictures of weapons-clothes-NPCsAll these and much more tips and tricks can be easily found on web based Wikia forums at no cost, so buying this book is helpful but not necessary.

I have played the game Fallout3 over fifteen times and have taken six months to do this. I thought I knew most of the secrets and ways of playing this game. Wrong!! One is never too old to learn. I have found out that the guide is a varitable gold mine of information. And has shown me stuff I had no idear exsisted. Hats off to the author and and makers of the game. No wonder it took four years to develope!!

I actually bought this after I'd been playing the game for over 160 hours! It's interesting to read, and to see what you may have missed and what alternative strategies you could have employed.Reading this in advance would spoil the game.I know there are lots of online walkthroughs & resources for this game, but you can't beat a good book!

This book is exactly what you purchase, a book about the game! I've seen reviews that it gives the ending (which it does) but its about the game, you should expect that! I highly recommend for Fallout Fan-boy. 1 problem is that the top of the spine is slightly ripped but thats expected for the price and it being used!
